Free Curbside Pick Up
Complimentary pick up is offered on all purchases. Simply select "Pick Up" from the delivery options at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready, typically within 1 business day. For curbside service, please park by our side patio and call (616) 458-6116 upon arrival.
All other orders will ship via ground service at a flat rate of $15.
Mason Jones makes every effort to ship your order promptly. Most items will arrive within 2 weeks. Personalized items typically arrive within 3 weeks or as noted on the product page.
Please note, some pieces are handcrafted by artisans around the world or made-to-order just for you, resulting in longer lead times. In the event of a delay or change in availability, we will notify you by phone and/or email.

Canceling an Order
To request an order cancellation or change, please send an email to Hello@MasonJonesShops.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been processed, please refer to our policy for Returns & Exchanges.
Despite our very best efforts, items are occasionally damaged in transit. Should you receive a damaged item, please send photos of the item and any packaging and/or shipping materials to Hello@MasonJonesShops.com within 5 business days of delivery. We will issue a replacement after inspection. If the manufacturer requires that the damaged item be returned, you will be issued a complimentary return shipping label.

Items returned within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund in the original form of tender. Products must be unused and undamaged, in original packaging with tags intact, and accompanied by your packing slip or a copy of your receipt for proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange request if it does not meet these guidelines.
Refunds include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom, personalized, and discounted items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Returns of holiday merchandise are accepted through December 15. Special order items, bed and bath linens, and rugs may incur a restocking fee. Basic bedding items including pillows, duvets, and mattress pads are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a product defect or fulfillment error.
Returns Shipped to Store
Returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip or a copy of your receipt for proof of purchase. Returns may be shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS or other recognized carrier at your expense.
Mason Jones is not responsible for returns lost in transit or any damage that occurs during return shipping. We encourage you to pack and seal your return safely and securely, insuring the package for its full value, and keeping a record of the return tracking details.
