The Role

To collaborate with clients, helping them create memorable moments for entertaining, celebrating, and everyday living with our inspiring collection of tableware, linens, and gifts.

 

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage with visitors.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with our clients and team.
  • Share product benefits and provide clients with expert recommendations.
  • Process sales transactions, special orders, and returns.
  • Organize, re-stock, clean, and merchandise displays.
  • Assist with special events, workshops, and fundraisers.

 

Qualifications

  • An appreciation for quality design & craftsmanship.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, able to offer solutions and inspire others.
  • Consistently available 12-20 hours/week, including some weekends – or – available to work most weekends. Permanent part-time, year-round positions.
  • Comfortable standing for sustained periods, able to lift boxes up to 40 pounds.
  • Retail experience helpful, but If you genuinely love creating joyful experiences for others, we will provide all necessary retail training.
